    Default Brake Boosters

is there in actual diffrnance to the boosters on a NA and turbo vl?
on CT ive read a few people talking about 1" master cylinders and turbo brake boosters. i know the booster only makes the pedal soft/easyer to push but would there be a diffrnce to cover the diffrent feel in the master cylinder
i read something about a single or double dirphram, whats this on about?

so is there any diffrence? would i be wise to head back and collect the booster which i got my 1" master cylinder off?

Dude you know what the 1" master does?

Single diaphragm when you remove the air from 1 side of it the atmosphere then presses it in, double diaphragm is the same but the atmosphere presses on both the diaphragms making it push harder on the brake master..

Sean I just found that turbo and V8 boosters are different!!!

hmmm thats a intresting picture Mark
the bracket seams to be bent back on the turbo picture, where yours its bent forwards.

also looks like the whole turbo master cylinder is sat forward along the strut more possibly because it is wider in the thickness of the booster.
    intresting
