hey guys and girls. just wondering if anyone on here knows if there is a difference between r33 turbo and non turbo 5 speed manuals? is the turbo one stronger? are they both strong enough for a vl turbo? cheers.

Strength don't know and the turbo box would have closer ratios you'd think to keep the turbo on the boil.

defently the turbo will be stronger,
i assume its like the vl and vlt 5speeds, the turbo one is stronger to cope with the extra grunt

possiblity of extra syncro on the turbo box, but thats just a thought

thanks for that. so a r33 non turbo box should be good enough for a vl turbo? do you reckon it would be stronger then an mx7? cheers.

oh ok. that does sound abit more beleivable. was wondering why the mx7 would have been the nicer box. but i read the less use part as less fuss for some reason. well i can get an r33 n/a box for $495. not sure how much for a turbo one though. cheers.
