running rough at start up

ok when i go 2 start the old girl it will run rough 4 the 1st few seconds and then it goes good. its an intermitant problem coz other times it will start and run fine.any ideas

same thing happens 2 me i was thinkg it my be my throttle body cleaned it 2day quickly was the same might have 2 take it off and clean it props or fuel filter/pump mayb

with the 6 cyl engine, you need to switch on the ignition than wait until you hear the fuel pumps stop running so the fuel system is properly primed, if you dont wait, the engine will run roughly at first for a while

thanks all. found the problem tho. it was an air leak in the vent controll switch , all sorted now
