    Default Need measurement please

hey, been a while since ive had a prob but now i need help

i am after a accurate measure of the distance along the boot rubber lip on the left side of the car at where the metal anchor of the spare wheel tie down is. if that makes sence

i need to reweld it back on as it was removed to replace the metal lip which had rusted away

    cheers

    Mine is 100mm.

Measured from in line with the angled bracket, to where the start of the plate needs to be welded. Tried to get pics, but my camera has **** itself.

Mine when holding the wheel in is on an angle, why don't you just put it inline with where the strap joins at the bottom?

yer lining it up to the bottom was what i was thinking of doing but i want to make sure i eyed it up properly before its welded in, dont want to have to cut it of later.
