side strips

how do you remove the side strips with out breaking them i need to put a new one on my car after doing a big skid and f$$$ing half the side of my car. i got a new strip for it but it is on another car

Try levering it from the top down.. not length ways as its weaker coz its more flexible.. Much Much stronger when levering it off from the top going down... Start at one side and slowly doing little sections work it off...
