Tell me people, what are the three relays beside the battery on the right hand fender in the engine bay What do they operate?Also run low on oil,to busy seeing to other things,now when ign. turned on I get whiring sound just before oil guage cranks up to high pressure,noise then stops.Bye the way,I have topped up oil.Thanks guys, awaiting your opinion. the three relays are there for the automatic trans, which would mean you have or did have a auto. factory manuals dont have the relays
as for the noise i wouldnt no sorry

As was said, the relays are to do with Auto trans (neutral safety switch). As for the whining, is the car running, or is it in Acc mode? If its Acc, then it could just be the high pressure pump priming. If not, im stumped :P
