    Default Front Window Replacement Question.

    Hey all

Does anyone know if any window screen replacment joints, will reapir my window at my house, as in replace it? and would anybody know if itll cost more then what it would for me to drive there and get it done? The car ran out of rego on the weekend and im deciding if i should get a 3day road warrnty or hire a car trailer.. if i can get someone to comeout, it would be cheaper!!!

Also i have minor rust at the bottom of the corners on the front window screen, should i clean this up before getting it done, or can they do that for me ?

    Thanks
    Goon.

Just hada thought if they cant fix the rust areas for me around the window, im thinking of removing the whole window itself, is there a safe way of doing this? i dont want it to break into a million pieces..

When i had my windscreen replaced it cost me $150. That was for a guy to come to my place, remove the screen, put in a new screen and take the old one away.

Taking it out yourself, you might run into problems if you dont have the correct tools or knowledge. You might slip and gouge your paint.

As for the rust, there is likely to be more hidden rust underneath the screen seal.
