    Default will a vn drop tank fit a vl?

    probably silly question...but ya never know. does a vn ss long range fuel tank fit into a vl? thanks

    I beleive that it does, but there is an issue with the straps.

    i have heard of something putting a vn tank in a vh so i am sure a long range should.. and a mate got a vn tank off me to put in his vk and it went in ok

    Found the exact topic. Can read for yourself, but from the looks of it, the filler neck needs adjusting and different straps

    so they do fit with a little customising....hmmm. might just get the 83 litre tank.
