Default Stumbles on take off...It can't make up it's mind!

Hello, I have a stock Holden Commodore VL SL which is running on Duel Fuel. Yes ok I have heard bad things about VL's on gas but please try and stick to helping me with my query. On Both Petrol and Gas I'm getting what I would describe as a 'stumble' or lack of power. On Some occasions she takes off wonderfully allowing me to rev freely until about second gear which seems to just cruise at 2k rpm even with my foot down, Then It may suddenly 'stumble' finally giving me sufficient power in 3rd gear. It sometimes won't even want to go in first gear and leaves me thinking i'm back driving my mums 1.6 litre Daihatsu Applause lol. I have done some research and believe it may be my Crank Angle sensor, my oxygen sensor, or perhaps my ignition timings. Please give me your thoughts on what it is most likely to be, ways in which to tackle the problem and also links, phone numbers and addresses to places which would be able to supply me with the parts I need.

you could start by removing the plug from the dizzy and seeing if theres corrosion inside, this is a common cause of ignition problems

Thanks, I have removed the dizzy and found no corrosion, I Am also experiencing a gurgling noise from the back of the car, and say it was the Gas or fuel tank but I hear the sound whether I'm on petrol or Gas. The Sound is not always there but when it is it's constant until I turn off the car. It starts after i have been driving it for a half hour or so, any idea what that could be or if it's linked to my problem.

If it helps I have been getting this exact same problem although mine does it whether I have a full tank or empty, not to mention serious power loss at takeoff or idle.

Runs ok as long as I am on the throttle but the minute I lift it misses and farts again. I miss my old wheel shredding Commodore and If you guys can help me I will be forever indebted to you.
