should be a reverse sensor on the trans some where, think right hand side this needs wiring up.
and for brakes check the brake switch, its under the dash on the pedal box,
the brake pedal pushes on it and activates the lights. might be broken or stuck in causing it to not turn off

yeah i got the brakes fixed i found the switch it had just fallen out of the pedal box so it was constantly out causing it the brakes to stay on..

i think it is wired up though because they didnt work at all before and now since i mucked around under the dash they came on and wont turn off..

The reverse light switch for an auto is usually on the shifter and on the g/box for a manual. You will need to reconect the wiring from auto to manual.
