pcv setup

can someone please detail for me how to set up the pcv system properly?

I think my sump is getting pressurised somehow but i am simply not very familiar with the engine or well anything along those line at present.

any help much aprreciated

buy a new PCV valve as they do eventually wear out or clog up, it screws in
also check the rubber hose attached to it
