is there much of a problem to remove taillights as mine are leaking water and need to be fixed up
its **** easy just some nuts to remove on he inside of the boot and then theres some screws thats hold the rear garnish in that need to be taken out then it all comes out
wrecking VL COMMODORE 5 speed
FOR SALE : supra 5 speed box suite holden v8 $800
give them a good clean and use silastic to seal them, run a bead olong the top of them between the car body and light- stops water in yiur booot
I usually find its easier to remove the lights & garnish as one piece rather than messing around trying to get the screws in the garnish out next to the lights. (Seen them break too often)
Its easy to do, just be careful with them. 20+yr old plastic can be unhappy about too much stressed placed on it.
