New lifters now car wont start

I turned the engine over by hand with with 4 5 6 rockers and lifters not installed because im an idiot. Installed everything and now the car wont start.

How do i fix this ?

I think you will have to get hold of a workshop manual and reset the timing

I don't think you would have done any damage by not having the lifters and rockers fitted when winding over by hand. I would be checking other things like making sure all the wiring in plugged back in correctly and there are no loose clamps or hoses on the inlet manifold or inlet hose between throttle body and air flow meter.
