Connection pinout help

Hi all,

Been having fun with my VL and its crank angle sensor.... anyway I was giving the connector a tug to see if any connections had corrosion etc.. and what do ya know I pulled all the wires out leaving the connector connected!!!

So my questions now is does anybody know what wires connect to what pin on the connector?????

sorry to hear that man! I can't find the wiring diagram for that plug. you need to get another vl (you could go to a wrecker and cut one off a wreck) to copy from OR plug and boot wiring kits are available from Automotive Computers Australia PTY LTD. or wait for a response from somebody who has the diagram

Thanks for the reply, I will hang on a bit see if I get any more bites..

Even just a picture of the connector with the boot pulled back would be ok for me to fix mine, but the last thing anybody want to do is mess about with connections when theres nothing wrong lol....

that's the right pic as mine has 4 not 6 like I said

the one I photographed and the one on my car both hav 4 wires and 4 pins. interesting that yours has 6??

yes the CAS only has 4 wires
