how do you remove the radius arm bush?

ok iam putting all new bushes thru out the vl. any way ive hit somewhat of a brick wall with the front radius arm bushes.how do you get em out.are they a press fit? help appreciated

They are moulded rubber. Hacksaw/cut the outer rubber flange off, and you'll be able to knock the bastard out. The replacment Nolothane items are two-piece to avoid the same headache installing
