Default how to replace 2 rotted hoses on engine

on my VL 6 cyl there are 2 rubber hoses that have both rotted, 1 from the PCV valve to the top of engine and another behind from air pipe to engine, both would handle oil vapor, engine blowby, etc. both have a right angle bend so a length of hose would be difficult to use to avoid kinking it shut

no one has any suitable hose with a right angle bend in it, does anyone know what hose can be used, I will see if by any chance the hoses are still available from holden
a hose supply place had nothing with a bend in it

Harry are you on about the pipe that connect to the bigger pipe aiming upwards? (first pic)
the 90degree bend pipe im not to sure, is it the one in the second pic or the one to the rocker cover?

nissan wasnt able to get them anymore when i was trying to find them so i had to resort to taking my time finding one at a wreakers,
found one which had no cracks and is not hard, i must of just been lucky to find them

on a side note the front oil breather pipe to manifold which has a 90degree pipe is avalible for $28 by makay rubber

I found that both hoses are still available from nissan and ordered them, they look the same as the VL ones although not everything on both is the same

VLs generally have poor quality hoses, the fuel vapour recovery system hoses all eventually rot

most hoses dont last long with oil vapour or crankcase blowby going thru them

well that shows bad inconsistancy in the stock listing and communication between dealers

I installed both hoses, the nissan part nos are
    11827 42L00
    11828 42L01

cant remember which was which, I is the PCV Valve hose, the other runs from the back of the plastic air pipe to the top of rocker cover

both will probably be rotten on your RB30 and tear easily, oil vapor and blowby isnt kind to most hoses

with the shorter rear hose be very careful to not break the short plastic pipe from the main air pipe as this is quite fragile with age

also remember that PCV valves do eventually wear out, a big cloud of grey smoke as you go downhill with foot off accelerator usually means a worn out PCVC valve
