unlike early holdens, VLs dont seem to rust much at all, was there any rust in the body or chassis sections?

its almost impossible to remove the carpet or underfelt so I wonder about eventual rust in floor from damp underfelt

vls are prone to rusting under the front windscreen seal and under the boot rubber..i have only seen a handfull of vls thathvnt got this ''factory rust'' even my vl which has been garaged everyday of its life from new has this rust.

but yep deffinatley, holden tryed alot harder with there rust protection in later models.
