hot to wire a tacho

hey guys in still very new to this and i just want to know how to install a tacho into a vk but im running a rb30 motor and have a vl dash so any help would be great

its pretty easy mate,
white-12v dash, can use the dimer for dash lights wire.
red- 12 volt ignition, main ignitoin
black-earth, any earth
green-negaitve side of coil, but i just used the tacho wire that is in the dash, it joins to the dash cluster with a group of other wires.
its brown with red stripe
