boot leak

boot has a semi leak in it, dose anyone kno if this is a common problem?
would i need to replace the panel betwen the back window and boot?

its prolly the rubber around the edge of the boot, and prolly rust underneath just like the majority of vl's that have been kept outside, i pulled my rubber up to look at it and it made me sad

+1 i lifted up mine and the metal that was supporting it was non-existant

YES i got a boot leak too.. i have a gas take n in front of it i got an amp.. right above that water is getting in to the amp!!! i got the rust in the fold between the ack window and the top of the boot..
looks like it will b a pain in the arse to fix it tho..
