Yes if the VL has been converted to a V6 i don't see why not, of course they don't come like that from the factory (they have nissan straight six). I'm not sure of your question tho, do you mean a manual conversion kit? to go from auto to manual?

quite easily actually, its the v8 th700 auto's casing you need to look out for when installing later model motors to the vl.
