Default How much?

There are a few things I need to do to my VL.

Rear diff is making a annoying whining noise, so it needs to be replaced. How much am I looking for this?

Also, i'm going to get the fuel lines replaced. Having a weird problem where if my car is hot, it won't start, or on the rare occasion it does, anytime I rev the engine harder it splutters and struggles. I'm pretty sure its the fuel lines kinking somehow. Has anyone had this done?

Also, has anyone had their VLs windows tinted. How much approx did it set you back?

Cheers as always.

i got a recon'ed stock diff for $400 installed, as for fuel lines i highly doubt it would be your fuel lines, maybe CAS (crank angle sensor) or AFM (air flow metre) or another sensor try doing a little research and will find out some of these things are quite common to stuff up. as for windows im not 100% sure on price but i think its somewhere around the $200-$300 mark

Ya the CAS bearing sounds suspect (will cause all sorts of sh1t when hot), pull the distributor cap off and see if theres any red/browny dust in there.

By what exactly do you mean by "when it gets hot"? like it will be ok for a while from startup until warms up? or is it getting very hot? (overheating)

By 'when it gets hot' I mean after i've driven it somewhere and the engine has reached operating temperature. And when I turn it off and leave it for a bit, it won't start.

How much would a crank angle sensor set me back?
