cant put up a for sale ad?

hi guys,
i am trying to put up a for sale advert for a formula vl with a stroker but it wont let me??? do i need to have a minimum amount of posts or something?

you need to have been a member for a certain amount of time

Minimum Requirements For Posting

this can be found in a stickied thread in all the trading post sections, i suggest you have a read.
