vl serial adapter?
Hey i'm trying to find some links online for the old serial adapter for the 87 vl berlina (2.0litre)
Can't seem to find anything, will keep searching though.
Just looking to fead it into my laptop (also do you guys recomend any software for this?)

Cheers man thats the software i was after, just trying to find the schematics for building the adapter for the onboard computer (to rig it to my laptop and run that software)
can't seem to find a link on that site to see how to build the cable???? my mate is an electronics wiz, if i can get the schematic he can build it

As far as i know all that comes with it mate , USB cable , instructions , diagrams n stuff (well atleast i think it does) might be best to just give nisstune a call n find out . It sounds pretty good though man , i'm keen to give it a try once my other VL is back on the road again (sigh)

Hrmm yeah man i'm gonna give that a shot.
It's not to shabby, a mate has a old kingswood whois got a small asus eeepc 701 installed into his glove box, pretty cool. He can do some pretty cool things with that beast.
Good for problem solving as well
