pretty simple, depending on what wheel is on you usually have to remove the wheel cover which will reveal a nut you have to remove. make sure the wheel is dead straight and loosen the nut but leave it on, next is the hard part some wheels are stuck on tight just keep pullin on the wheel and it will come off then just simply put ur new whel on straight and do up the nut

assuming u have non airbag vr , 4 screws behind wheel holding horn pad on, undo them, lift pad off and disconnect the 2 plugs .with something sharp... mark location of where top of wheels is on the steering column spline, loosen nut a few turns so u have a gap. grab each side of steering wheel and maneuver side to back and forth, u may have to go around the wheel banging it hard with your fist to vibrate it loose, when it comes off, slide new wheel on and make sure it looks straight, tighten bolt, go for drive and test the wheel is straight, if it is and your happy... pat yourself on back and post us a pic

Do yourself a favour and invest ~$12 in a steering wheel puller, available at autobarn, super cheap....everywhere. Too many wheels and columns get wrecked along with people injuring themselves following the advice above.
