front bumper top trim

can the front bumper bar top trim be replaced without having to remove the front bumper bar

no it cannot!
the trim has moulded mounts that bend down to go under the headlight and the trim must be pulled forward to come off , the bumper is in the way.

pretty sure i put myne on with the bumper on cant see why you cant get it off with the bumper on
