Picture of a VL k-frame

Has anyone got a picture of a vl k frame prefferably looking from in fornt of engine bay or showing where the engine mounts bolt to. Just want to check if i have one in my vn already

for a 6 cyl or v8, i have a 6cyl lying around here and also a v8 one which is in my calais, the v8 one will be the same as the vn one but would thing the engine mounts would be diffrent for the 6 and v6

Ok cheers Vl Berlina I had a look through your thread and saw it but its a bit dark and hard to make out the engine mounts by the way great project you got there will look awesome when painted

Moff man wheres in oz are you located? I have a factory v8 calais but the guy i bought it off took all the v8 running gear he said he'd chuck in a vl k frame or a v6 one that he had lying around. I think its a v6 one but i can hope its a vl kframe maybe you guys could look in my albums and take a look at one of my pictures and tell me if its is or not

about a month ago there was a better set on a diff one which i was eyeing off but didnt save any of the pics

vl one has diffrent angles on the stiffners near the mounts
vl ones are straight 45s and the vn one goes 45 degrees then straight back.

Ok looking at that ive got a v6 one by the looks oh well no biggie. Thanks mate i will watch that one not far from me $20 isnt bad. Do you know if the controlarms are different on vn's? I know they all use the same bushes i think length might be an issue

well i would assume they would be the same,
the vn vl use the same strut,hub so i doubt ones control arm would be longer as it would have a diffrent strut set up to cope with the angle to reach a longer control arm
