Still a wiper issue and now frustrated

I must be checking the wrong friggin things, could someone please tell me where the indicator relay is. The wiper relay is definitely my problem and I cant find it.

I think my vl has been butchered by a backyard auto elec, so what possible crossovers could have been done in the relay systems.

Please assist, as I am just about ready to blow.

Try wiper module,located drivers side,right hand kick panel,its a square black box with long plug into it,same problem as mine if station wagon.Make sure same part no. goes back in as different for sedan models. Good luck. Martin
