Do vl belinas and vl calais have an accesory switch? because i have an excutive.. and it doesnt seem to have one.

Also how much would it roughly cost to get calais pop up lights, power mirrors and a power intenor installed by an auto electrician?

accesories as on the ignition?? all the vls have it
if your radio doesnt run on acc its wired wrong

I'm not sure if you're meant to... haha, thats what mine does, but I have to wiggle the key around and almost force it... lol

thats very common for the age alot of them don't work at all you could try a new key but it just maybe the ignition barrell itself.
if you turn your acc's on forward to use the radio or lighter circuits the fuel pump primes and the air flow meter gets very hot.

early commos have the turn back to get acc feature unless your ignition is loose and then it can be hard to find after owning more than a fair share of vh-vl cars some work some dont, as for the aerial and front end the front if it comes with full wiring harness will plug into factory harness as their is plug on the car loom behind the headlight for the pop up lights sl's may not have this depending on the car and its options cause some of them depnding on build date has different things on them,

AFM will get hot because it is a Hot Wire Setup. Once started the airflow will cool the wire.
The ECU measure how much cooling the wire is getting and adjust fuel mix to run the engine.
