its not too hard harry
it will only take 30 minutes max each side for a first timer

2 screws in the arm rest,
and a horse shoe clip on the back edge of the window winder
run your hand along the bottom edge of the door trim card and you will feel its like connected to the door, pull out evenly and it will unclip
do this alll the way around the door trim

slide up and the trim will be off

now the lock mech will have a clip on the rod, should push to one side then the rod will pop off

then simple as slide the fork tag which holds it inplace out and the lock will fall out

if you need any more tips or help just ask i do it day in day out for my job:thumbsup:
