hey, im after a bit more power in the vl and wanted to know wich ones would be the best, its already got a pod but apart from that its standard
so i know extractors add a few ponies but does anyone actually know how much power gain i should get and what about a computer chip and a xf throttle body???

if i did it id use a decomp plate and just use the must have turbo parts to get it to run

if your pod is just sitting there its doing nothing at all, reason= hot air is bad

pod in fully closed box with CAI
exhaust
extractors
advance timming
bigger thorttle body

all these mods would get you extra power (not much LOL) as suggested already you want power get a turbo

If you want to get serious about power, get a turbo. If you dont get a turbo and still try chasing power, you may aswell sell it now and cut your losses.

id kill myself in a turbo i rekon, id be happy with my car as is now but once you hit 140kmh it takes ages to wind up to 180kmh or so, but i think turbos are unpradictable cause in a turbo it only takes that bit more pedal to hit boost and it could happen in the wet on a bend or anything? im used to v8's were i know whats going on if u kinow what i mean!

keen doing 180km in a vl
any reason it need to go from 140-180 faster?
turbos arnt unpredictable, v8s are just as bad...... if not worse because they dont make the power of a turbo...

wow u need to do some timing if shes taking that llong to getto 180. thats nothing in my vl ive hit 200 no joke standard ill only do it once.. i want my turbo in

is your trans in good condition? a standard vl should hit 170-180 in very good time then slowly upto and beyond 200.
interestingly the vl auto will hit the same top speed in third and fourth.
