i took my dash cluster out and tapped into the wire in the loom where the cluster plugs in. same one that sends the signal from the coil to the factory one. :P

Hey man i know this is an old thred.

i found a plug near my alternater it has a pink wire on it the other wire i tested is ground can i run the green wire of my tacho to this pink wire its to the plug that has a black cover on the end.

can u reply with the picture of yours?

also Any one have any good idea's of were to mount the tacho and were to route the wires?

i was thinking of putting the wires behind the cd player onto the passenger side wiring loom as its easier to feed the wired through?

I got my wires running under the dash through the hole where the steering is..atm

mount the tacho where u like, depending on its size n type will decided where u can have it.. yep green to pink bro wit the black connection. make sure its a good connection or youll get a bouncing needle.
