    Default VL Momo Boss Frustration

Ok so first off everyone I am new here so HI looks like a good forum.

Ok so I bought a nice woodgrain wheel for my VL and have realised that it won't fit the momo boss kit already on there as the threads are slightly out of alignment (Which i assume is Momo's way of making people buy their wheel?)....no probs I will pull the boss off and go buy another one.... PROBLEM!! Can't get the boss off for the life of me....

Now correct me if i am wrong but don't you just have to undo the centre nut and washer on the boss and then pull it off without breaking your teeth...jaw...nose etc??? I have tried everything even with my feet up on the dash as leverage and she ain't budging!!! any suggestions and useful (and even not so useful)info would be great

    Thanks peoples!!!

undo the nut till its still on by a few threads

bolt the steering wheel back onto the boss kit and pull it with a slight wiggle side to side
the nut will stop the wheel hitting you in the face when it pops

if you struggle with this way you will have to by a 3 legged puller to get it off,
possibly the previous owner has rammed the boss kit on and it wont badge with the force your able to enforce on it

    and welcome

as above, maybe add some wd40/crc if not a steering wheel puller will set you back about $10-$15
Nobody wants to play with me
