best part of this car is 61,XXX Kilometres!! brought off this old man last year
its very very fast.. its been looked after
all you got to do is look in the engine bay most of the parts look brand new!
im the 2nd owner i guess.. havent driven it much maybe 50ks

the bad points..
interior needs some abit changing over
the over all condition of the body is not perfect has abit of rust here and there.. nothing to serious
needs a front bumper
power steering leak or pump change
never tryed filling up with petrol

and is on gas

The engine sounds like its worth abit mate, but the body is a different story.. i personally wouldnt pay anymore then 1g without a turbo, but thats me.. 1g for the engine with the gas setup..

I payed 500 for my red and 800 for my gold..

perhaps in 10 years they will be worth more, but despite being very popular with young men, they are still cheap now

even the legendary ex police VL pursuit turbos are only 4 to 5000 tops

an ex holden mechanic told me the previous VK commodore had been a horrible car with lots of collapsed pistons and poor body build, he said the VL saved holden.

yeah, I agree $1500 because of the K's.
I payed a $1k for mine with six mths rego, again a grandpa car all original well looked after lots of new parts under the bonnet original tapedeck (working, lol.) only the dash speakers, very little rust (tailgate), but 210K's it was a country car.
