high oil pressure after oil change

I just did an oil and filter change, i used 20w-50 oil and now my oil pressure is reading as high as it can on idle is this normal? did i use the right oil?

sounds like your sender is ****ed mate

do you have mechanical gauges or elec,sometimes with mechanical gauges they get air inside the line you have to bleed it mate

Just disconnect ur gauge from the hose n hook it back up, see if that takes the air out of the line.. air in the line is probley what it is..

even try unscrewing your sender from the block and cleaning up the pin hole/face of the sender make sure it is not blocked as you will get a false reading(For Electrical Gauge)
