Default How to Service Your Car

    Hey
    Total noob here
Wondering if someone could do me (and hopefully some others) a favour and make a list on all the things i need to check/replace when servicing a car? I know oil, oil filter, spark plugs but thats pretty much it (stop laughing)

    Thanks heaps

    Sam

Thread moved from how to section. That section is for how to guides, not requests. Anyone feel free to post up a how to on the above once posted.

don't forget air and fuel filters, good to change them every 10000ks and oil+oil filter every 5000.

Id also suggest going into Repco/Supercheap/Autobarn and buy a Gregories/Haynes Manual. If you want to learn to service your own car they are a lifesend for beginners.

You will probally also need some form of car stands or ramps to if youre going to be doing it regularily.
