screen wiper problems

is there any way of reducing the swept arc of the screen wipers? this is now too big, probably due to wear

also the rubber blades dont stay properly held for long, I have to use wire to hold them in place

you can choose where they sweep by removing the arm & changing the position of the wiper arm, but ya cant ajust its sweep
