VL wont start

I took my alarm out of my 86 vl now i cant seem to get it started, i took out all the wiring that connected to the alarm box and now nothing, the only thing i noticed is that the brake light comes on when i try to start it, any ideas?

well my guess would be that its stil acting like the alarm is on. you just pulled out the alarm, the alarm would be wired up to disarm something so it wont start, and all youve done is pull all the wires off so my guess is something isnt connected that is ment to be. i could be completely wrong mate but thats my guess

starter wire was cut off and ran to the alarm box, car works now just in time for work too.
