Default replacing injectors easy?? + manifold bits

Hey all pickup a set of r31 injectors 100,000k less then my ones i have on atm, im only looking at swaping number 1 atm, as it seems to be ticking..

any safety tips or a step by step guide on doing this?

    i have o rings ready..

can i expect allot of fuel to come out when i remove one?

    Cheers

I also have the complete manifold etc to go with it, any other parts i should consider swaping off it?? If not ill just use it for spare parts, cant say it was a waste of cash mates rates 20 bucks.

I was going to get a plenum, but it was way too rusted for me so i got the intake manifold setup instead

you need turbo injectors for a turbo set up
but if its not your turbo you will be fine

find the fuel pump fuse and pull it out
start the car and let it run till it stops
try starting it a few times
this will depressurise the fuel system

remove power in the car (battery)

and simply RR (remove replace) everything you need too
the manifold splits in too, much easyer then undoing it off the head
you will need a manifold gasket for the runners if you split it in half too

the o rings are not just a standerd type the rb30 uses a special fatter deeper style

it can be done without removing the top half of the manifold. i did it on my calais at tafe, no one thought i was gonna be able to do it without removing it but i did, all you have to do is unbolt a few things and pull the rail out towards the front of the car. replacing what ever injectors your doing then put it back
