what i managed to get done tonight,





bottom half is painted to, just needs to be put back together.
also sprayed exhaust manifold with flame proof silver. looks real nice now, dunno how long it will last though.

another update, motor is near complete. will be going into the car like this anyway, rest will be put on after.

thanks bud. umm not 100% sure still. im going to summer nats so that will pit a bit of a dent in the process but i recon im gonna ring up this week and see when i can get in, probably be looking for around the 14th - 18th.

motor and box are in... had major delays with spiggot bush and getting box on to motor but got there in the end.

thanks mate. just picked up my 1'' master cylinder and dual diaphram booster. am gonna go start conecting some stuff back up. will have updates later today

might not look like much got done but getting there slowly.

heater hoses hooked up
starter motor in
wiring loom in
clutch master replaced, and clutch bleed
dual diaphram booster and 1'' master cylinder in (still need front bracket)
wiring behind booster and down to battey neatened
washer bottle in
aircon lines hooked up
new acclerator cable in

cheers guys. got the washer bottle from motor traders. about $55 pretty much same price as on ebay and everywhere else.

almost everything is hooked up. dummy fitting cooler today and needs a few little mods, and need to put afm into piping then hopefully give it its first start tomorrow...

car is officialy a VLCT.
first start was tonight. got it hooked up today the went to turn it over and no fuel pump prime, then after some further investigation realised no power was getting to the computer.
so played around with it most of the day trying to figure out why. decided id try my old wiring loom. got it all hooked up and bingo power to the ecu. tried starting and run like absolute sit barely would idle and wouldnt rev up at all.
advanced the timing a bit and now its running sweet. will chuck the timing light on tomorrow to check and still need to fit the exhaust from the dump down. has the meanest flutter...
i was like a little kid at christmas. ill post up some pics and maybe a vid tomorrow.
