Hey mate.
Yer pretty much bolts straight in, used to be a 3 litre, you just use a V8 cross member, and shorten the drive shaft. Hardest part is wiring it all up I believe. I got a place in auckland to do the conversion. But i've had the motor in and out a couple of times.

Looks sweet as mate, I had a VR Calais with tha 5L donk before my Vz, they are a beautiful engine and go hard, obviously gonna go harder in a VL!
Nice work mate. I cycled NZ on my push bike for 18 days with 10 mates, flew to Christchurch bus to Wanaka, then cycled up the West coast, Franz Josef, Fox, Haast, Greymouth, Havelock Picton and over to the north. Farkin beautiful place NZ, love to go back.

I was told it should be around 2300, standard is around 1800, so should make a little difference but not huge. Its just the standard converter but has been rebuilt and raised.

Hopefully within the next month or so, I should be able to answer that one for you, hoping for mid to low 13's, but we will see how we go.
Will keep you posted.
