well im trying to keep the car to a theme of blue, black and alloy colours
so hence the blue/black powder coated calipers

i did have the pair of the red powder coated ones too but ive since sold them to a mate for $200 with new pads and new disc

personally i like the blue ones better, but that might just be me and liking blue

well havnt done much,
waiting for a mate from my old work to get back to me with a list of all the codes needed for,
-base coat
-clear
-hardner
-reducer
and a few other things

then i should be ordering it all soon

well last i knew there was just under $750 in my account saved
by next week hopefully i should have some more money come in from a mate who owes me $200 for a brake set up and a further $150 from a fellow member whoms buying more brake stuff

slowly getting there, kinda hard to save on a apprentice wage but i have to cut my loses, i really want my car done

Cheers for that Chris, yer kinda hard to do somethings diffrent as most things have been done many times over

this is my first project car so its just a little practice
maybe later on in life ill let my mind go a little crazier and make a intresting one

well dropping a video of back at videoezy and i came across this



barsted stealing my idea lol
had a quick look as i drove slowly past it and it had a few dents down the side, a group a bar which didnt suit but besides that it was clean

colour i reckon is impulse blue which was my dream colour from about 5 years ago till i saw the vivad blue

now i look at it im not sure if i will get the chrome handles...... might just keep black
whats peoples thoughts???? chrome or black?

finally got my alternator back together, was a bit slack for a while




a little paint update
had a new company install there system at work and got talking to the sales rep.
he was going to help me out big time with getting all the paint cheap and possibly the clear free,
but after looking at the paint quality on a few jobs i desided that the clear just wasnt good enough.
eventhough i could get it free, i want bassically the best of the best in finish
so ive desided just to stick with PPG

nah i bought that of ebay ages ago,
put in myself and changed the switches on the dash to red
