VL Berlina 5 speed burgandy over silver :)

Ive had this for around a year now, its my second VL. It came from an old lady. It had a bit of rust cut out and was resprayed. Then sold to some dude who had it for about 12 months and now its mine. Its clean inside and out. Ive got a full turbo converion I just need an intercooler. Ive got the calais flip up lights in the shed just need to get them sprayed.

nice ride mate i like vl's how bad are they on fuel?? 5 speed so im guessing manual =D and man that paints shinny in the pics up higher haha looks good did ya give it a polish? also nice shed haha!

Yeh its manual. Umm Yeh both my VL's have been good on fuel. My old ****box auto was around 12l to 100kms. This one is a little bit better at around 10-11L to 100km. Im currently running it on premium and it wouldn't surprise me if its burning at around 9l to 100kms.

Hahahaha about the colours... Well I had put pics of my car on calaisturbo and the second owner of this car (the one who sprayed it) stumbled across the pictures and made contact with me. The car was painted a candy pinky red colour. He told me that he took the doors off when spraying it when your supposed to leave them on when painting a car a candy colour. So the car doors were a darker colour to the body or something like that. So they made it the maroon colour and it has red glitter all through it when its in the sun. But in general it always looks a different colour depending on the light lol.

And nope, I wont sell it :P. This car took me 12 months to find and its in very good condition. It will eventually be turbo.

it looks realy good for a home done paint job by the looks of it!! must have had alot of spraying knowledge
