there were some HSV clubsport 5th anniversary ones too, don't know the number but can't be many.
Holden HSV VP Clubsport 1993 for sale - TradeMe.co.nz - New Zealand
easier to keep track of those flasher optioned cars as they are numbered.
OK the VP info I have recorded over the past 3 years.
VP's in my database 107,595 (this is not how many are made - just what I have recorded)
VP Calais = 4305
VP Calais V8 = 840
VP Berlina = 4464
VP Berlina V8 = 685
VP Executive = 33743
VP Executive V8 = 1832
VP Ute = 146
VP Ute V8 = 66
VP Unknown as to Calais/Berlina/Executive = 64937
This may help on the ratio factor between models.
The SS and Exec model and there is no way to tell.
White 05 V6 VZ Executive - Thrashed Ex Telstra car
and 3 Dangerous non ABS VN's
Does that include HSV enhanced cars?
I rang HSV when I bought mine and was told around 200 VP's were enhanced in total, but a breakdown of models was not available yet they received individual build numbers.
The totals are
Series 1 = 92860
Series 2 = 19089
Total = 111949
This is the audit number of VP's from Holdens.
The number in my data basre is for a Holden Production Number program I'm working on. I have not finished bashing out all the calculations yet - nor finished the database.
The numbers have changed a little from when I added the Series 2 VQ's into the VP production time line - and have not got back to it as yet. I'm still chasing the the VL data for the start of VN production over lap.

The unknown are the VIN's I've added to know data. I have used "0" in place of the K/L/X.
I have rebuilt the many thousands of VIN's into the database. As info comes to hand (Ebay is a great place to get VIN's) I replace the zeros with the known data.
The change from 111949 came about as I change other car VIN's - like the VQ - it reduced the VP's.
This led me back to the begining of the VN's and the end of the VL's - THe Vn must have started clocking up the counter well before VIN L294000 and more VP's in Amongst the last of the VN's (show room cars for when the VP was released)

So do you have the vin's for all 300 calais internationals as well? i know Stealthy wants these to count build numbers n count back an order of build's
ok so does that 840 include the inter, making like 500 standard Calais V8's??
P.S. Im gonna go thru my street commodore issue's and see what i can find, if this theard popular i'll start more with the info i can find
no worrys man im catching on now so you have most of the VIN's but havn't identified whats what calais etc and your missing a few thousand VIN's
im keen to learn more
mate i can get you vin on 3 vp cop cars, all with country pack susspension, a gold vp a series 2 wagon and a late 92 exec with series 2 brakes.
what about the vp vacationer ? I own one and have only seen 2 other's
I knew someone with a blue VP vacationer (with factory lpg), he stacked it and it's gone to China to be a can of baked beans now
so im guessing either they didnt come out as a vacationer, or ive got a vp wearing VN trim ?

I have a VP and I think it's great - although I am also thinking of selling her soon too
OK, so that's 1 VP accounted for.
