Default What Have i Done HELP HELP HELP HELP

i was driving along a dirt track to wild dog hill (whyalla) and stupid me tryed to change the cd in the cd player, and the car drifted to the side of the road, then when i looked up it was too late, went straight over a big lump, stopped, had a look, and instead of my wheel being l is it / (drivers side front wheel)

ive got some pics, i dont knw what parts i need can someone tell me what ive broke or bent and tell me what i need, and btw the car is very low at the front, thats why i took a pic of the otherside with the mag to show how low it is.

im freaking out here, i love this car to death

Your strut is cactus as allready said.
If you mean the lower arm with the ball joint then compair it to the other side.
if you mean the on BEHIND the wheel on the steering rack then you will need a new rod for the rack end.
Also check the strut top plate to see if the strut punched through.
2nd hand struts are cheap as.
    Check the local dump.

you need a new strut, just go to the wreckers and pull one out of another vn, its really not that hard and get a new ball joint

    The strut is ****ed mate.
You can see in the pics that the tube has broken away from the cast section on the bottom.
I would still clean the bearing plate on top and look for cracking around the rubber that is bigger then the other side. if in dought when you change the strut then you can change it to.
When you pull the strut apart you can check the insert and spring for damage. If you are lucky then they will both be ok.

lol, Im from whyalla too - and it seems to me that the bumps and shit you see on dirt roads out bush are'nt too different to the proper roads in town. My point being - most roads in this city are shocking. Off topic i know - sorry. Good luck with the repairs mate. let us know how it goes.

Also it may pay to check out the radius rod that goes from the front of your k-frame to your lower control arm.it may get a bend in it too, as well as it may pull the front of the K-frame in on itself a bit.(where the nut goes on the radius rod at the front through the rubber bush)
