Hi guys/gals
I have been extremely bored around the house and have nothing to do.
So i decided i might as well muck around with the car abit.
I wouldnt not have a clue where to start.
I got a VN Calais and its completely stock.
Is there any mods i can do to it at home?
Thanks Terry
Good one mate, i could do that.
paint part of the dash
give her a clean
cut and polish her if u know how
if u get really bored cut the springs
I've driven fast cars I've done stupid shit in them each time i seem to come out on top i love you guardian angel
vp ss 3 months to go
Dont paint the dash, dont cut the springs, in fact, dont listen to the above poster!!
haha, I was thinking about spraying the dash and center console but i would never cut my springs.
why would you want to wreck a Calais......Seriously dude, paint is for the outside of the car, there's nothing wrong with the stock apperance of a Calais interior.
My engine bay is fair clean. I clean the engine bay every fortnight with degreaser.
holdencommodorevp, I just want to change everything in my cabin to black, i think it would look good
it's gonna look gay, we hear it all the time, black interior, white interior, it always turns out the same. Unless it's going to a professonal trimmer, and your paying big bucks for it, then i wouldn't bother, and even then it's a waste- And painting the inside of your car, hardly does anything for it's authenticity, or resale does it?, anyway i've had my say so i'll shut up now![]()
I know what you are saying.
I just want something to make my interior look abit more flashy thats all
make a foam air filter.
Another good idea there.
I like the induction noise that the pod filters make but is there any way of getting that noise out of a panel filter?
Here's an idea, paint your fuel tank. Takes like 20 mins and looks mad too!!
Fuel tank? How can you see the fuel tank when its under the car?
ucwepn thats a good idea, i thought the same thing.
Gave it a shot but there is no induction noise.
