harmonic balancer and crank angle sensor for vp s2 (same as s1?)

hey i was just wondering if the harmonic balancer and the crank angle sensor are the same on the vp series 1 and the vp series 2. i have a vp sitting around that needs these peices and i have a mate wrecking a vp who has those peices but off a series one. if i was to grab the harmonic ballancer and the crank angle sensor from the vp series 1, cud i throw them on the vp series 2 engine?

please any help would be appreciated. thanks

yes providing you have the matching pair it will be fine that is to say it will fit and run just dont forget later down the track

ey rob, ta for the help. your tellin me to remember that the harmonic/crankangle set is for a s1, so dont replace with the original? (s2) say if we did another harmonic ballancer, replace with a s1 harmonic because the sensor is s1?

bingo they dont mix and mach must be a matching pair
