Hey guys car is playing up and now wont start i dont know ahts up with it its got fuel and i changed the coil pack when i open throttle body it sounds like it will crank over but doesnt get there i got a vid to so tell me what you think. also got codes 13 O2 sensor but thats nothing and 24 speedo sensor and i just replaced it with a new one and the same thing happens.

There is no oil in the water and no water in oil, its not milky or anything, i change coilpack and its got spark fuel pressure is fine fuel is yellow if that means anything i got a picture and its abit darker yellow than that.

also checked the fuses and relays seem to be fine, plugs are black from running rich on idle i think.

as long as they are dry it should still fire up.does it still have good spark if you earth the plug out on the block connected to a lead.what sort of situation did it fail to run in did you park it and it wont go again or stop while driving boosting hard etc

I got my mate to hold it to the body of car and it spark pretty good and got him to. i split the water bottle on the Car yesturday and it got hot, so i got towed home, got a new water bottle and put it on and car ran fine went out for some spirited driving and the cap on the water bottle wasnt tighten down by my mate, and i put water in it and let it sit then drove it and it sounded like it was missing and didnt want to idle under 1500rpm then it got worse and didnt go anywhere so i got towed home again and here i am lol.

probably head gaskets or something then. can you do a vid of it cranking with no charger belt on so we can here it it sounded low on compression to me but hard to tell with the charger whining.probably blown the head gaskets out under the inlet or something is it turning over real easy

Yeah it most likely is head gasketsi think it got to a hot temp and didnt like it at all with boost aswell.

yeah just need the time, i want to get another motor and build it for boost, but i need something to get me around and about, also just bought a Gtech now i cant test it when i get it haha damnit.

yeah man, got in trouble for chatting in a post agout a gtech, what type of head gaskets he running? i blew them awhile back haha stock tune and injectors on 2.7psi ish, now on 4.8psi and blue tops with a foam tune, and Felpro race head gaskets but yeah not sure what gaskets i will get next pretty sure when it was running it was just alot of air coming out the exhaust but couldnt really tell.
But yeah if i could get a cheap engine and ARP head bolts aswell some goodies for the next engine i build or just throw a stocker in it now and pull mine out and rebuild i already did bigends and mains not pistons or rings but that could be something to look into.

hes just running the engine as he bought it stock as a rock high KM engine same 2bar$5d tune and 2 bar like you will be running as a base tune i did.need good injectors hes running XR8 ones 30lbs .by bluetops do you mean magna injectors they are so small they are nearly the same as stock

they are 775 injectors out of a magna, its not leaning out or anything, still on the 1bar tune untill i get a 2bar of a mate and more boost, i think thestig is running the same injectors on 7psi, could be wrong though.

You said you didnt have the cap on properly, might as well have no water
i got another overflow bottle and cap was down didnt leaked but when car hot hotter the gauge went to half then i pulled over and water was coming out of the water bottle the cap goes down but you need it to be tight, it feels like its gonna strip when you screw it down but i got a spare cap so i will use that, i cant get the cheap pressure gauge working it wont go in and its the right size so the charger is off pacemakers are next and heads coming off today (passenger),
Also spark plugs from front to back Front is black middle is still dark but not as bad, and back isnt dark looks whiteish,
