Starting problem

Hi everyone... ive been having a problem with my vp, and its probably the most annoying thing. It has new spark plugs, new leads and a new battery, sometimes the motor wont start. The engine is kicking over but it is not firing up. This problem happens more often when i buy fuel for it, if that does help. Today my car is at the servo which i had to walk from as it did not start. Other times when i start it and it does this, i leave it for about 10 minutes and it starts good, but today that didnt work, so i am really piszed off .

i think the crank angle sensor (cas) often brings about this problem. you can try pouring some cold water over it? if your car starts, then the cas would be the culprit.
