Is it ok to run E10 in the v6??
I think so

As far as I can see there is no real advantage. The ethanol part will cause some parts to corrode or swell and from some paper/magazine reports the increase in fuel consumption outweighs the cost saving.
i remember watching a program about cuba years ago when e10 was just coming out here.
They run like e30 plus but the motors are made to run on it. apparently a std engine can not handle it.
So that would indicate to me that maybe it's not as good for the engines as the government would have us believe.
Some performance car specify no e10
Ethanol contains 30% less energy than 91 octane petrol, so E10 fuel will result in a 3% increase in fuel consumption. So it needs to be about 5cents cheaper per litre to break even in terms of cost with normal petrol. Thats without taking into account the dangers of Ethanol.
