    Unhappy [Help Needed] Holden VN Berlina Wagon (Want to buy keyless entry!)

    Hello,
    was wondering, how does the keyless entry work? it says 4 door on the box but my VN wagon is 5 (including boot!)
    Help is much appreciated,

    generally, you dont include the boot, but they are able to be wired up so you can pop the boot , same button different button up to you.

    for vn the module is called bcm (body control module)

    does that help ya out

    My father owned a 1996 Subaru Wagon which had keyless entry which locked 4 doors plus the boot.... I dont understand

    My VP has factory remotes that activate the boot, however, its not on a separate button (even tho there is a boot button). It just unlocks and locks when you hit the doors button. Maybe look at getting a setup out of a stock wagon? (Berlina etc)

    with aftermarket keyless entry, you would need to buy a 5th actuator and wire it into one of the rear doors.
